The Centre substantially cuts the time and cost involved in the resolution of any dispute.  It does this by using highly experienced assessors who carry out a full investigation of the dispute. They have direct access to the parties and to the evidence. There are no complex procedures or hearings and there is no need for legal representation. The assessor’s award guarantees certain and final resolution.  The service also includes mediation to bring about agreed and positive solutions where these are possible.
