If you have been contacted by the Centre, this will probably be because we have been approached to handle a dispute or potential dispute in which you may be involved.
We are a wholly independent and impartial service and we do not represent either party. Our role is to resolve the dispute for the benefit of both parties.
You will have been sent information explaining who we are and how we can help. If you would like to discuss our role, how we will handle the dispute, or the benefits of using the Centre please contact us or go to Our service
