To apply please download and fill in an application form (pdf) or contact us and we will send you a form.  If you need help filling in the form, please ring our Helpline on 020 7283 5306.

Application fee

 

 

There is an application fee to cover our initial administration costs.  This varies with the value of the claim.  Please go to Application fee for the amount of the fee.  Please make your cheque payable to “Centre for Justice.”

Supporting documents

 

 

Please provide all relevant documents, correspondence and information you feel are relevant to support your application as soon as you can.  You do not need to provide this at the same time as the application, but it will help if you can.  If you have difficulty in providing relevant documents, please contact us.

When can you expect to hear from us

 

 

If we need further information we will normally let you know within two to three working days.  We will also let the other party know of the application.  We will ask them to agree to our handling the case if they have not already done so.  As soon as we hear from them, we will let you know.
