Assessors

 

 

Your case will be handled by an assessor. Assessors are independent, impartial and experienced lawyers who have been carefully trained and selected.  They are also accredited mediators and come from a range of specialisations. The assessor allocated to your case will have been chosen with care to ensure he or she has the relevant specialist knowledge and experience to handle the case.

Case managers

 

Each case will be assigned a case manager.  Case managers are staff from the Centre who assist the assessors administer your case. The case manager will help ensure your case is handled speedily and efficiently and be available to answer your questions.  The case manager will not though carry out the investigation or mediation, or give advice on the case itself.

Experts

 

 

An independent expert may be needed to advise on aspects of your case requiring special or technical expertise.  We are careful to ensure those we use are carefully selected and have the appropriate type and level of expertise.
