 Our service

Centre for Justice uses a single straightforward process to resolve disputes. Once the parties are signed up, the Centre guarantees you an early and legally binding resolution.

We appoint one of our experienced and independent assessors to meet with you and find out what the parties want. The assessor will see if a negotiated solution can be achieved through mediation. If you do not want mediation, or a negotiated solution is not possible, the assessor will carry out a thorough investigation, which will ensure you a fair and final decision of the dispute.

You do not need to prepare or present your case. There is no need for you to instruct lawyers. The assessors will carry out the investigation and do the work.

There is no formal trial or series of preliminary contested hearings, with all the preparation, cost and delay these involve. There are no complex rules and procedures and, as mentioned, no need for legal representation.

The investigation is simple, supportive and user friendly. We believe the assessor’s decisions can often be more reliable, and outcomes more likely to reflect the parties’ needs, than those achieved through the courts, arbitration and conventional mediation.

Above all, your case will be resolved more quickly and at considerably lower cost.  There is less stress and anxiety and the service can also help restore and improve relationships.
