We use a four step process

• The parties agree to use our service
• We see if agreement can be reached through mediation.
• If not, or you do not want to mediate, we investigate the case.
• We decide the issues and make a binding award.

The process is quick, efficient and confidential.  We use independent assessors with the expertise relevant to your dispute.  Assessors are both experienced lawyers and accredited mediators.
