The charts below compare the Centre’s costs per party  with the costs if the same case was taken to court, arbitration or mediation. The costs are for a straight forward contract claim of £50-100,000.  Actual cases differ and the charts are illustrative only.

Chart 1
Chart 1 compares the likely cost if the Centre investigates and decides the case and the cost if it were taken to court.  It shows each stage of the process.  Our process requires only an investigation and decision stage.  None of the further time consuming stages involved in the court process are required.
