Solutions through Mediation: Where we help the parties agree a solution through mediation without the need for an investigation, the cost per party will typically be between £500 and £3000. The cost for similar cases taken to conventional mediation would be £1250 to £7500.
Please contact us if you would like a provisional indication of the likely fees for your own case. We will need a clear outline of the facts and the value of the claim or amount in dispute. You will be given a fuller estimate once we have taken on the case and heard from both parties.
Please refer to How our costs compare to see a further comparison of our costs with those of conventional court action, arbitration and mediation.
