This guide shows the cost of resolving a simple case using our service compared with the cost of taking the same case to court.  The guide shows cases of different values.  The figures given are the cost per party.

The cost of individual cases will differ greatly and the table is for initial guidance only.

The figures shown are for a full investigation and determination of the case and exclude VAT. 

 

Solutions through Mediation: Where we help the parties agree a solution through mediation without the need for an investigation, the cost per party will typically be between £500 and £3000.  The cost for similar cases taken to conventional mediation would be £1250 to £7500.
